In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code §153.65-73 (Qualifications-Based Selection) and ORC §307.86-92 (Competitive Bidding), the park district is committed to a fair and transparent selection process for professional design services and contractors.
What You Will Find Here
- Invitations to Bid (ITB): Construction projects over legal thresholds, awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
- Project Documents: Links to plans, specifications, and addenda.
- Requests for Qualifications (RFQ)/QBS: Selection of professional engineers, architects, and surveyors based on qualifications.
*Please note Stark Parks will annually request Statements of Qualifications to keep on file. This typically occurs at the beginning of the calendar year.
