Boat Rentals
- A Driver's license and a deposit of $50 for motor boats and $20 all others is required to cover any damages to boats and/or equipment or any lost items. Oars and personal floatation devices included with all boat rentals.
- Pontoon rides: $20/hour w/captain provided. Available by reservation only at least 2 weeks in advance, (330) 477-3552. Party Pontoon Rides include one hour with box meal for $10 per person; reservations required at least three weeks in advance.
- Motor Boats--$7.50 per hour (Mon-Thurs), $10 per hour (Fri-Sun)/ Row Boats--$3 per hour (Mon-Thurs), $5 per hour (Fri-Sun) /Pedal Boats (Sippo Lake Only)--$3 per hour (Mon-Thurs), $5 per hour (Fri-Sun)/ Canoes and Kayaks--$3 per hour (Mon-Thurs), $5 per hour (Fri-Sun), Kayaks only available at Walborn Reservoir.
Boating rules/rental regulations
- Horsepower limit for motor boats is 10 for Sippo Lake, 10 hp for Walborn Reservoir.
- You may bring your own trolling motor and put it on a rental rowboat.
- You must be 18 years old to rent a motor boat and 16 years old for other boats.
- No alcoholic beverages permitted in parks or on boats.
- Everyone is required to wear a personal floatation device (life jacket).
- Call 330-477-3552 for information on Stark Parks' Ohio Boater Education Courses(OBEC).
- Higher rental fees apply for out of county residents.
- $10 late fee charged if returned after scheduled rental time.
Fishing Licenses
- Are required and available at the following locations:

- Resident fishing licenses for persons age 16 through 65 who have resided in Ohio for the past six (6) months are $19 each.
- One-Day fishing licenses are $11 each
- Lost or damaged licenses are $6 and can be obtained from Stark Parks.
- License for Senior citizens born after January 1st, 1938 are $10 each.
Hunting Licenses
- Are required and available at the following locations:
Sippo Lake Park Office Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Columbus Day to March 30 Sippo Lake Marina 7 Days Per Week, Posted Hours April 1 to Columbus Day Walborn Marina 7 Days Per Week, Posted Hours April 1 to Columbus Day - Resident Junior Hunting License -- $10 (Or Combination Deer hunting permit, $22).
- Resident Annual Adult Hunting License -- $19 (small game, not to include water fowl).
- Deer/Turkey Hunting Permit -- $24
- We sell all Ohio Division of Wildlife licenses, permits and gift certificates.
- Ohio Wetland Habitat Stamp - $15
